1. How long should I run my system on a daily basis?
A:
For
optimum
performance of the filtration and chlorination systems and for best
pool cleanliness we recommend operating the equipment for a minimum of
10 to 12 hours during the peak heat and usage season in summer and 6 to
8 hours during the off season.
2. Why is filtration important?
A:
The
filtration
system is designed to remove visible matter from the water. The
filter medium removes hair, dirt, minute skin flakes, metal or calcium
precipitates and other visible debris that would otherwise cause the
water to be hazy and cloudy.

What does Weekly Service entail?
A:
Weekly Service includes - Testing The Water Quality, Adding Chemicals
As Needed, Brushing, Vacuuming & Skimming The Pool As Needed,
Emptying The Skimmer and Pump Baskets, Clean and Inspect Automated Pool
Cleaner, Backwash Filter and add D.E. as needed, Inspect and Make
Neccessary Adjustments To External Equipment.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?
A:
No! We do not require you to sign any service contract. Our service is
month to month. If you're not satisfied you can discontinue service at
any time with no penalties or fees.
5.
Do you offer a guarantee?
A:
Yes! Barring circumstances which are beyond our control such as bad
weather or equipment malfunction (such as problems with the
chlorination or filtration system on the pool) we will come back out
and re-clean your pool absolutely free of charge if you are not 100%
satisfied. If we do find a problem with the equipment we will let you
know and advise you of any repairs that need to be made.

Do you service insert size or
type pools?
A:
For the most part, Yes! Unfortunately we do not offer weekly service on
above ground or vinyl liner pools at this time. Beyond that however, no
matter the size, we offer service for all types of pools and
spas from residential pools and jacuzzis, health club hot tubs, hotels,
apartment complexes, townhomes, condos, up to city recreation centers
with olympic sized swimming and diving pools. As an example we
have provided services for such places as The Cooper Clinic in Dallas,
The City of Grapevine, Ramada Inn, Bennison Inn, Super 8 and Quality
Inn Hotels and perhaps your neighbor down the street or around the
corner.
